New Mooshies love at blugrn

I've been having a little fun lately stitching up new designs for my Mooshy Gooshies line.

I started with T-shirt designs for tots.

Now that my nieces and nephews have started to outgrow their onsies I have created fun and bright tees for these equally spirited and growing little people. ;)

Of course this has also inspired me to create something that I could wear also. ;) As always my little buddy (i want to dress him up as Gilligan in a red shirt one day) El Guapo, is my muse for the latest series of Moosh face Boston-T's. I wear this alone or layered with a long sleeve black shirt underneath. Yes I'm a little crazy for my dog ;)

The "little folks" were not left out. Tees and onsies with this design are also available.

I'm really loving my latest design...just finished it today.... the Baby Angel onsie. The cute mini angel wings are hand stitched to the back side of the 100% cotton onsie. A little signature heart is also stitched to the inside of the back collar. Adorable!
Now i just need a baby to model it!

Check out the designs and more details online.

1 week to go...

I'm in Houston glad to be done with Ike and hoping that friends and family are getting their electricity back. We were of the fortunate few to still have power after Ike...and all the trees missed our house. So we're counting our blessings and looking forward to seeing some of you in D.C. on September 28th for Crafty Bastards!

Lets see... it's been a while since i've posted.... At the begining of this month i went to San Antonio for the opening of FotoSeptiembre where i was showing some of my photographs at Loft Studio.

It was a lot of fun, great people.... lots of talent. Our photos will be on display until the end of September so if you're in the area be sure to check out some of the work displayed in the galleries at the Blue Star arts complex where Loft Studio is located along with the blue star brewery (plenty of reasons to visit ;))

In the meantime I'm gearing up for Crafty Bastards and making a huge to do list. I'm working on my braille, vintage rehab and silhouette pieces along with the Mooshy Gooshies line of onsies ... but i've added some new designs to both my onsies and my jewelry. Most of my new items will probably not be online until after the show so if you see something you like... contact me.

Here's a sneak peak....

Mooshy Gooshies - for baby

I just started this new project... Inspired by my puppy love silhouettes, fun colors, and baby onsies.

Each puppy silhouette is hand cut and stitched to the 100% cotton onsies with mucho love. ;) The silhouettes are also fused to the cotton onsie for extra sturdiness.

I've washed these in cold and tumble dried in my dryer.... and they're holding up and there is no color bleeding whatsoever. As with most 100% cotton items there will be 10%-20% shrinking.

Available at my etsy store: mooshygooshies.etsy.com
sizes 3-6mo, 6-9 mo and 9-12 mo
