Custom Silhouette Ornament

Sorry for my long lapse in Updates.  Baby #2 is now 6 months old and smiling all the time while not sleeping! :/

Needless to say my time for jewelry has been limited.

With the holidays approaching I still wanted to offer you something that would make the gift giving unique and fun.

I'm offering 3-d printed ornaments of silhouettes (Just like the silhouette charm necklaces I pierce from Silver and 14k Goldfill).

They are roughly 2x3 inches depending on the shape of your silhouette and can be printed in a variety of Strong and Flexible plastic colors. They take 2 weeks to ship from the time of the order .

COST-
$20 if I've created a silhouette for you in the past and
$30 if you need a silhouette and an ornament.

TIMELINE-
I can take orders this week Nov 17-20th and December 1-8th. (if you want them in time for Christmas)

If you would like just the silhouette graphic to print out on your own to DIY a special gift , send me a photo and I will create a jpeg or pdf file for you to use.  (usually takes 1-2 days)  and can be purchased HERE in my ETSY shop ( $12 )

Tips for Photos-
+ Take the photo eye level with the subject
+ use a plain or back lit background (i.e. solid contrasting color wall , lit window , sun or light in background)

Feel free to send me a couple of pics if you feel you would like certain traits captured better.

New Silhouettes

Just in time for Mother's Day ( May 12th ) I've added some options for silhouettes in my etsy shop.
Along with the sterling silhouette charms of a child or grandchild, I also can make them in 14k goldfill!

Another fun option is a custom silhouette graphic or stationary for those birthday party thank yous or just a sweet note.

Because these are digital files you recieve them within 2-5 days. Or I can print them and cut out for you for an extra fee. ( Discounts for multiple silhouettes apply)

Basically you email me a profile photo of the child, I then create a graphic which after sharing with you I can edit or adjust to your liking.... this graphic can be used to cut out a paper silhouette to frame, for custom stationary, or whatever your creative needs may be.  Check out the ones I made for my daughter and nephew.

Quick tips for taking profile photos:
1) try to have a neutral background - solid colors work best.
2) take photo 3-5 feet at their eye level

BUSY TIMES...

I just realized in less than a month my baby will be 1!  Time slips by so quickly!  So  I have to apologize for not updating since before Christmas!

Lots to update!

On the 1st of February we made the treck from D.C. to NYC.   We've even already experienced our first NYC blizzard the first weekend we were here!

Our previous apt. was prefurnished so other than our bedrooms we're still living out of boxes because we need to find some furniture!   That's ok because we're in NYC! ;) So I'm sure we'll find some great pieces.

Which also means that my studio is not completely set up.  :(
I've had a little bit of time to work on the redesign of some of my packaging:



And of course a couple of custom zodiac pieces for friends and family.


 I'm working a bit slow these days but if there's something you you need, feel free to contact me with your special request.

Hello again

Sorry for the long absence of updates. Baby + work + travel = BUSY BUSY!

We just got back from an amazing surfing trip in Costa Rica.  If you ever feel inclined for such an adventure I 100% recommend Witches Rock Surf Camp in Tamarindo.  Everything is right there- board rentals, good food, lessons, great waves, beautiful beach and fun fun people...(not to mention babysitting)

Needless to say we were sad to leave & already planning our next trip.
